The X4 has yet to receive the same overhaul as the X3, but that’s because the German automaker has a habit of launching the coupe-like variant of its new SUVs a year later. As it stands now, the X4 is unchanged for 2025 and offers a selection of three engines. The base 2.0-litre four-cylinder unit generates 248 horsepower, while the optional 3.0-litre inline six-cylinder puts out 382 horsepower in M40i trim or 503 horsepower in the high-performance X4 M Competition.
